But the individual is from Germany.  We have seen different credits on different releases before and it can happen more often when you cross regions.  So I would not be too quick to jump on the fact that it is different.  That does not happen often, but it's possible and we do not know what UPC/EAN he actually validated...or it could be a bad entry in the common name thread.

I don't think it is common at all, and it is more likely a simple mistake was made in the common name thread.  My intent was to point out there could be a possible reason so that the person that made the entry in the common name thread doesn't get a lot of "flak" about it (if confronted).
