I think that's reasonable but in this case I would accept credits to include trivia subtitles or an insert because some companies may not want to re-cut the film to include the data but do actually include the data somewhere.

I am definitely for crediting localized cast, as long as they actually have credits on the DVD. No other sources should be considered I think.
