- Grok! Television is no longer credited in the closing titles of this season. Replaced it with Startling Television which takes its spot.
- Added other features, trailers (separately playable episode previews), & BD-Live. If you play Disc 1 on an internet-enabled BD player, you can access the "Instant Preview" feature which you can use to stream select episodes of other HBO shows.
- Added 2nd commentary track because some episodes have up to two.
- Re-audited cast & crew. Changes as credited.
Crew:
- Corrected writing credits, added production sound mixers, fixed VFX company headers, removed unassigned VFX team members from Ep 4, and fixed typo for Ep 8 (Max Beck -> Mat Beck).
Cast:
- Added uncredited appearance of producer Chris Newman who plays Hoster Tully in Ep 3, as revealed in the commentary.
- Added some missing credits to Ep 7: Ian McElhinney, Philip McGinley, Bart the Bear (credited a bit after the main actors).

- Roles are not listed in the credits. I've edited them to follow the onscreen character listings in the In-Episode Guide Blu-ray feature, which seems as official as it gets. The roles in the current profile appear to mirror the Game of Thrones Wikia. As a fan, I understand some may prefer more descriptive character names. But in re-auditing the 3 seasons, I decided to go for unity and consistency which following the In-Episode guide allows for. This season in particular, with all the claimants to the Iron Throne, some of the character titles are dubious at best.
- I've also edited some minor character roles for consistency, clarity, and to correct casing.
