| | Posted: | | | | Sorry for bringing this up, but I don't think it's necessary to open a new thread.
I was checking the credits for The Brothers Grimsby. In the endcredits most of the Art crew is listed under UK Unit and South Africa Unit. Normally I would say I let them out according the rules, but if I do there are no art directors, make-up artists, special effects supervisors and production sound mixers in the crew section.
In other profiles both the Art crew from the UK and South Africa Units are listed without noticing the UK and South Africa Unit. So I was wondering if I should list the art directors, make up artists etc. or should I leave them out? |

One contribution adds location crew, the next one removes them, then yet another one adds them back in.
And of course all of these show up as being a change when checking for updates.
Just wish we had a final word one way or the other. |

Personally I wouldn't add them because of the rules, but that would mean that there are no art directors, makeup artists, production sound mixers etc in the crew section of the title. So I was wondering how other users handle this when there's no main part in the credits.
In most of the profiles for this title (probably copied) the art crew from both units are included without noticing they're taken from the UK and South Africa unit. |

It doesn't matter how idiotic the rule is, it's still the rule - and Gerri's statement regarding New York Crew is pretty clear. |

It doesn't matter how idiotic the rule is, it's still the rule - and Gerri's statement regarding New York Crew is pretty clear. Just my 2¢ here, but could it be possible that the credits can "mix things up" and write "unit" when they actually mean "(unit) crew"? For example for GoT. Or is this to be strictly militant level about the word "unit"? |

I'm going to be even more embarrassing and admit that this is a TV series I didn't watch...!  I have the first season and watched the first episode, but that's it. I think, concerning TV series you have to spend so much time getting in the right mood for watching and "entering their world". Even worse example, I'm a real "Peakie", and have several editions of Twin Peaks, but I haven't watched that series from start to end for certainly more than 15 years ago.  Anyway, back on topic.  |

The bottom line is that LOCATION crew is OK and a good thing to enter. It is also not allowed to remove correct location crew. UNIT crew is not allowed to enter and therefor, if you find it, you should remove it. |
