DVD Child Profile, German locality from "The Resurrected" Blu-ray + DVD Combo (4-250899-920231)

Features added as verified on the DVD discs.

Front & Back cover scans copied from the parents profile.

Everything else verified as accurate with PowerDVD, DVD Audio Extractor, VSO Inspector, AnyDVD HD

- Completed Genres as in Blu-ray main profile.
- Removed Gallery and DVD-ROM Content from Features, not present on the DVD. Checked in filmmenu Extras.
- Corrected Audio Tracks. No Czech but 3 Audio Commentaries. Checked in filmmenu Settings and Extras.
- Added Crew and Cast from main Blu-ray profile EAN 4-250899-920231.
