Well, now that you have asked, see here. (Corrected bad link.) Yeah, my first thought was "That shouldn't be impossible", but then I couldn't find where the cast photos are stored. I thought it would be in C:\Users\[User]\Documents\DVD Profiler\CreditPhotos, but I don't have anything in that folder, even though I do have some cast photos. From the version 3.5.0 release notes "Reports (and the new custom collection list view) can now display cast and crew photos". | | Posted: | | | | Well of course a plugin can get to virtually everything. My plugin LoadDVD Pro has a slideshow function that uses those APIs. I'm not sure what DJ Doena's Cast / Crew Edit tools do.
I recall messing around with a head shots tool quite a while back and distinctly remember being told that such a tool was not needed. But that was then, maybe things have changed. I would have no time to reopen that can, but if I can find the code, I would certainly make it available to anyone authorized as a developer for use as hints for how to use the plugin API.
And do I recall correctly that one of Mark Harrison's tools has some head shot viewing features? | | | Thanks for your support.
