Hello,

since there are some discs out now with Dolby Atmos, I would like to have an option in DVDProfiler to select it.
Dolby TrueHD 7.1 isn't quite the right fit.

I've never heard of a Dolby Atmos. Dolby Axon, of course. Dolby Vision, yes. But Atmos? Do you have an example?

Best if you have your settings as worldwide, or usa or uk where Atrmos releases are most common.

I think Dolby True HD 7.1 is the best we can choose actualy. I hope with the next version we can set Dolby Atmos and then we must correct the profiles.

For now, make a tag Dolby Atmos and when the time comes you can search your tag and change all of them at once.

3 months over.
Any news on that topic?
New Game of Thrones Season 5 has Dolby Atmos, some new UHD-BR are featuring Atmos. So I think it would be time to implement it.

The new sound formats and Ultra HD Blu-ray Media Type have become boring, I'm already waiting for the version after next.

Dolby Atmos as the title of the post requests.
DTS:X is another format, equally important to the Atmos format.
DTS Headphone:X is another missing format in DVD Profiler.

Then there's a third format, called Auro-3D. However I don't know if this is a "setup", rather than a format you will see discs with. Meaning, you can choose your receiver to output the sound in up to 11.1 channels, regardless of track.

Latest release of DVD profiler (3.9.1) was issued on 24-Apr-2015
If there is no plan to add new features to DVD Profiler, at least could you update audio stream like:
- Dolby Atmos,
- DTS:X,
- etc ...
You could also make it updatable by the users like for the studios, or the media type  ...
Thanks an regards,
