When I add a custom title entry, DVD Profiler will save this first entry. When I attempt to enter a second custom entry, it deletes the previous custom entry. It will continue to do this with each custom entry...always removing the previous entry. Therefore, you are left with only one custom entry in your database. Has anyone encountered this issue? I am using an iPad 2 with the latest iOS as of this date.  Any work around for this bug that has not been addressed, to my knowledge.

By "custom title" do you mean a title not in the online database? If so, and all else fails, download any profile (older movies will have fewer credits), delete all info including UPC number.....enter all "custom" data as you see fit, including title. Bit of work, but should work (and not delete the previous custom entry).

Yes, the DVD title is not in their database and I get a message saying that the title is not found. So I attempt to enter it under the custom entry, without a UPC code.  For example, I have a set of DVD's called " Greatest Cowboy Classics". There is no profile entry for this in the database. I enter it as a custom entry and it appears in my collection. Then I proceed to enter another custom entry. It appears in my collection, but the "Greatest Cowboy Classics" are no longer there.  This continues repeatedly.  I'll try your workaround and see if that helps.  Thanks.

A database repair (desktop version) will fix most problems:

On the top of Profiler > Tools > Options > Utilities > Repair Profile Database > Yes > Full Repair.

I have entered/profiled tons of film titles manually without problem.

Haven't got a clue about iso.....

The DVD Profiler I am using is for my iPad 2 with the latest iOS. So any Windows based fixes will be of no help to me, unfortunately. Thanks again, though.

I think what happens is that a blank UPC code is treated as a unique entry. So when you try to add another blank UPC code entry, it overwrites the previous blank one. My solution was to add a "fake UPC" string of numbers (I use the current date in numerical form) to any custom entry with no UPC code. As long as it's a unique number, it doesn't overwrite previous custom entries.
