Profiler works fine when I just added new titles and upload my collection.

But everytime I remove a title from my collection and then doing a reassign collection numbers (partial reassignment, with only eliminate gaps), something is going wrong. The upload of my collection won't work, nothing happens for many minutes (usually I cancel after 15 or 30 minutes).

I can upload my collection after I had deleted the online collection (then it takes just some seconds), but that's very annoying.

Any ideas?

P.S.: I already did repair the database (no change) and did create a new database (by downloading all profiles from the online collection and by restoring the database).

Any ideas? No one?

It's soooooo annoying that I have to delete my online collection everytime I removed one title from the collection.

Just tried it again, but it doesn't work (1988 titles in my collection).

Have you tried using invelos' "alternative internet connection"?

Although you already ran a Database Repair, I would still run another.

Once that is done, go to the top of Profiler > Tools > Online > tick the Alternative Internet Connection box.

Hopefully this will allow you to do the things you want without the aggravation.

If not, and no one offers any other suggestions, I would send a Support Ticket to invelos. They should be able to find a fix for you.

Good luck.

Thank you for the suggestion, Kathy; the "alternative internet connection" made a huge difference for my upload/download times. I hope it does so for raimar as well.

Thanks, Kathy, for your hint. I checked the "alternative internet connection", but had to notice that it was already checked; nevertheless I will try it after doing a database repair (although I did that many times ).
