| | Posted: | | | |  Should the title for this be stylised to match the title, or simpler to match the overview? I think it should be the former. For what it's worth, the IMDb has the stylised title as the original title, whereas Wikipedia goes with the simpler version. |

| | Posted: | | | | Looking at this my first thought... since the rules is use the title from the front cover... using The Witch (with a W) is instantly against the rules since there is no W in the title on the front cover.

This title is The VVitch original title The VVitch: A New-England Folktale That is not my intention. There is an existing UK Blu-ray profile which is the title The Witch and the original title as The VVitch: A New-England Folktale. As the front cover does not have The Witch (with a W) written anywhere, I believe this to be incorrect information and the title to the The VVitch: A New-England Folktale or the same but without the subtitle, and was curious as to whether there was the majority consensus or an official (or semi-official) rule about this particular title. |

... which would solve nearly all problems... These might be the ones you're thinking. The first is from the beginning of the movie, the second from the end.   This seems to indicate the production companies/copyright holders use Witch, rather than the actual title of the film. |

The Witch (or Witch) should be for the Sort Title field (or the Title field and kept in a local database, not the one to be submitted), not the official title of the BD/DVD, as that is contrary to the contribution rules. |
