The Atomic City: Charles B. Lang, Jr.

And unless I'm counting wrong for the titles left to be confirmed, it looks like the closest variant to Charles Lang (36 confirmed) would be Charles Lang, Jr. and if all remaining titles went to that variant, it would still only have 35 confirmed credits, which means the CLT is definitely right in this case.

how does 36 confirmed equal 141 titles. CLT is not definitely right by a long shot.

The CLT (wrong totals or not) says that Charles Lang is the common name.

The results of this common name thread say that Charles Lang is the common name.

Boom. The CLT is definitely right in this case. It says Charles Lang is the common name, it is.

Which is nice because not everyone uses common name threads, so even if the title counts are all over the place (which they are for pretty much every single person in the system) if someone was to look him up just using the CLT, they'll get the correct common name for use in profiles.
The night is calling. And it whispers to me soflty come and play.

Whatever the CLT says, this common name thread is conclusive: Charles Lang leads by four and only three unconfirmed left:

Charles B. Lang Jr. (1 invalid):
Charles B. Lang, Jr. (10 confirmed):
Charles B. Lang, Jr (1 invalid):
Charles Lang Jr (1 confirmed, 1 invalid):
Charles Lang Jr. (10 invalid):
Charles Lang, Jr. (32 confirmed, 1 unconfirmed, 3 invalid):
Charles B. Lang (5 confirmed, 1 unconfirmed, 5 invalid):
Charles E. Lang (2 confirmed):
Charles Lang (36 confirmed, 1 unconfirmed, 23 invalid):
Complete list of Common Names  •  A good point for starting with Headshots (and v11.1)

But the CLT totals are for 3 Charles Lang - so until the program uses individual ids for each person, so when you do a name search you would get at least 3 search results back for Charles Lang, it is not definitely right.
