With number of pages drop-down menu.
Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. [Ken Cole, DVD Profiler Architect]

How many pages does it take before something becomes a "booklet"? 2? 4? More? When does it become a book?

What if it just contains advertisment material? (I throw those in the bin btw.)

Leaflet: single sheet of paper; flat or folded
Booklet: "a non-periodical printed publication of at least 5 but not more than 48 pages, exclusive of the cover pages"
Book: "a non-periodical printed publication of at least 49 pages, exclusive of the cover pages"

Me too. It really does need to contain something interesting relating to the movie. The feature request is simply an attempt to get wildly different, and often unnecessarily lengthy descriptions of such booklets out of the "Other Features" field.

I like this idea too. But, I dread the thought of going through my collection deleting this information from the Other Feature section - way too time consuming.

Fine by me, but be aware that you're losing information since the info in Other Features often include the number of pages in the booklet.

That's the nature of the beast (of the checkbox). Similarly, the "Deleted Scenes" checkbox doesn't tell us how many deleted scenes there are, or whether an alternate ending is included - just to name an example. The "featurettes" checkbox doesn't tell us what kind of featurettes there are, how many, or how long they run. And so on...

I agree with that also. I would welcome a checkbox, but I do find the page count very useful information when known. A stipulation that a booklet's page count (when known) could also be listed in Other Features would be nice.
