I have a missing collection number, parental controls are off and I did a database repair. I have forgotten a step, can not remember it. any help would be appreciated.

Are you trying to renumber or do you think there was previously a profile with this number and you're trying to figure out where it went?

you are correct, I can not find it. it is collection number one (1). I am currently starting at # 2. reassigning collection numbers does not help.

I'd suspect a hiding child profile.

Try Filter (Ctrl&f) -> Personal -> Collection Number between 0 and 2
Should work, if not uncheck
Collection -> Nest Box Sets
and try again.
