Can't update covers anymore

I'm using Windows version 3.9.1 and sync my  Android phone via wireless home network.

Unless I'm changing the resolution, my phone will just not update the covers anymore of two different databases.

And even when I do change the resolution that is only a one-time fix. The next time I have the same problem all over again.

My settings look like this:





When it comes to the update everything goes well until the images and then it's just stuck in an infinite loop and at some point DVDP Profiler for Windows will go from "1 connected" to "0 connected"

That's about 20 years old. I recommend an update to at least Windows XP (2001).

Additional info: I'm storing the database on the external card, not the internal phone memory.

I think this describes my issue, too. On two different Android devices, I can no longer seem to download cover images during a database update from my online account to my devices. This is a relatively recent issue, as I had no problems until about a month ago.

It'll check everything, then update the profiles, but then gets stuck on "update images" for hours and hours with no progress. I let it run for nearly three hours last weekend, and it didn't even reach halfway on the progress bar.
