Have a submission up for vote and so far one no vote. 883929-538454
So doe UHD or 4K go in the edition field. I don't think it does, but I guess other person wants it since there isn't a media type for this yet.

from the rules...
Quote:
Do not enter media types (such as "Blu-Ray + DVD + Digital Copy") into the edition or title field.

So no it does not belong in the edition field. The new media type is in the beta now... just have to wait for it to come out of beta.

I'd say it should be allowed until the Beta is officially released.

So we have to go back and redo everything in a few weeks?

One title is everything? There's already dozens plus of profiles (edit: 30 in my own collection) with 4K UHD either in the title or edition field.

Also, do you know somethings others don't? Has Ken said when the Beta will go into release?

Although there are many accepted profiles with 4K UHD in the edition field, technically, per the current rules the media type shouldn't even be in the edition field.

That is exactly how we're handling it.
