Just saying...

This is par for the course from Ken.  The community says one thing and he goes and does the opposite with no reason given.  Capitalizing 'with' is just silly to me, and my first impulse is to click no but I click Neutral instead as there is no way I'd vote Yes to overwrite a correct title.

I see that the style Ken chose, AP, is listed there and returns the result 'Ride With the Devil' so, clearly, somebody other than Ken thinks it is correct.

That being said, while he didn't give a specific reason why he chose the AP style, after the discussion in the rules forum, I'm just glad he picked a style.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

It's correct to that style. The style just happens to be daft.

Now you did it, those other 19 profiles will have pending updates to change "with" to "With" before the day is out.

They're not just pending, but are all approved and released - despite invalid no-votes by samuelrichardscott, ateo357 and bbbbb.

You sir have Platinum status as it takes my contributions anywhere from 10-14 days to get approved.

No, he gave a reason and that was to keep things simple even if it was wrong.

Yes, both of those are by design. Words with numbers or other symbols are left alone, and all words >= 4 letters are capitalized.  This is the AP standard, which is the best standard that I could find that keeps things relatively simple.

Quoting Ken Cole:

There are several standards to choose from with capitalization. Essentially they boil down to whether all prepositions/coordinating conjunctions remain lower case, or whether to upper case based on word length.  We had zero consistency with longer words, with most four-letter and longer words (such as Into, Like, Above, etc) overwhelmingly being capitalized, while others were more split.  Instead of cherry picking certain words, we chose a standard that was easy to understand (AP Title style).

You are of course welcome to use whatever capitalization standard you like locally (or no standard at all).
