why is this blank at the bottom on where it tells you what folder you want to put your movies in?

yep done a repair and have also re-downloaded the font and done everything i needed to do on my end

That could indicate a damaged/missing MS Sans Serif font.

how do i get those fonts, i just looked at my fonts under my C drive and i got both of them

Unfortunately I don't have anything to add. I did some googling on the symptom and that's what I found. I expect that if you try to use a size 8 MS Sans Serif font in another program, you will see the same symptom.
