Sync changes between mobile and desktop

Hi,

may be it's a dumb question, but atm I found no answer:

My collection is shared in my home LAN to update my mobile device.
If I add a new disc via mobile, then I add another disk via desktop, which one will be overwritten on sync?
Or will both be kept and added to the database?

You can sync in both directions. The option is there on the sync dialog on the Android.
