I'm Brazilian, so sorry for my bad English. Multilingual support is not available here

I lost the backup of my collection on the pc. But I have the whole collection on the mobile.

I followed the forum guidelines and sent my mobile collection to an online account, but lots of information including the images did not match the online collection

I thought it was because I did not have a license for the pc either. So I bought a license. But it's still in the same situation.

Finally, how do I transfer my mobile collection, with images and complete information, to my pc?

If possible a step-by-step guide.

I tried putting this question on the support and neither was I able to because it informs me that I do not have a premium registrations.

I bought a license for the unlimited program, a license for mobile, do I need to buy anything else?

First of all, is it possible that your backup is not actually lost - just hidden?

There are methods to find and recover files on a Windows PC that appear to be lost. If you want to explore that, I suggest doing some research, using your phone and ask any questions here that you might like to ask.

Example:

(1) DVD Profiler always makes a copy of the old backup before the new one. So there are usually at least two versions of backup available.
(2) Old files can sometimes be found in Recycle bin.
(3) If "File History" is turned on in Windows 10, you might be able to find a copy of your database or backup file
(4) There are many tools that can find deleted files on the hard drive that have not yet been corrupted by reuse of the file space. If you want to use a tool like this, do this immediately because the more you use the computer, the greater chance that the deleted file will soon become truly broken.

Good luck. Please feel free to ask any questions here, and remember: "Google is your friend."

Oh, and FYI your English is just fine! I wish I could speak Portuguese just as well.
Thanks for your support.

Thank you very much for responding.

I did not find the backup unfortunately. I've looked everywhere. It was probably on a pendrive I formatted.

The option will even pick up my mobile list, which is intact.

For example, the movie "to sir whit love" has the Brazilian code showing the movie "The Craft", I corrected it and inserted some films that were not officially released. Some covers were in high definition. To redo this in 700 titles is crazy.

What does it mean that you "looked"? As I mentioned before, there are some programs that can "see" things that you cannot, including on a formatted pen drive. Look for "photo recovery" software, because this happens a lot to people who save photos on USB stick, SD card, etc.

Exactly what did you look for, and where did you look? Did you check "File Recovery"?

You really buy everywhere after that. I just found for the pendrive a much older backup

I think it's the same problem. But I understood the solution how to do a wi-fi synchronization.

But wi-fi sync, not just from pc to mobile?

The key phrase is "shared database." This means a PC running DVD Profiler for Windows. You should be able to set the PC database to sharing mode, and connect to it using Wi-Fi from your phone. Then you can sync between them. Based on Ken's post from the link you gave, your custom images should transfer from the phone to the PC.

Be careful. I never did this myself, so I cannot give any advice. Maybe wait until another member can give more details to you.

(Well of course I have done PC sync to mobile many times, but I always started with the PC as the master. I'm not sure what happens when the PC database is empty and the phone is the master).

its an old post but found this today .. when izaiascj states he has it on his mobile .. Doesn't  the mobile take its library of titles from the on line site?  It does ..

in other words it is on the internet under Invelos backup .. just back up from  there .

The online site may not be exactly the last entry point,  but better than the discovered  thumb drive which is many many months old..
