Mumbai Police can't be submitted. Why not? |

| | Posted: | | | | "Mumbai Police" is a highly rated feature listed on Amazon and imdb and available on DVD and Blu-Ray. I tried to submit my contribution but the software won't let me telling me that it has to be submitted using a UPN or inserting the disc. Tried both of these and the disc is not recognised. How do I submit this so there is at least SOME recognition of this title on the database?
The printed UPN is 5 021866 210407 |

| | Posted: | | | | My apologies. The Salesman was another title not on the database that I submitted earlier and I copied the wrong EPN across.
My copy of Mumbai Police was purchased from Amazon so definitely not a bootleg. The EPN is 798295 45566 6 The EPN was not recognised by the software so is not the reason for rejection is incorrrect. It doesn't recognise the disc, which is not unusual as I've had the same issue with several music Blu-Rays too. |

I am not sure I understand what you mean. This title is not in the online database yet. That's normal. It's a user built database. If you want to contribute it to the online database you should enter it using its UPC code, enter at least the basic data about the title and then contribute it. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users.

| | Posted: | | | | In order to create a new profile (whether by UPC/EAN or by Disc ID), the box "Download profile from Invelos" at the bottom of the Add DVD to Collection screen must NOT be ticked. Please verify this is the case before creating a new profile. |
