problem with the database

Hello,

Since few days, I repair trought Tools etc my database, how to correct definitively this problem, I remind you that we buy DVD Profiler, so it s better if we have no problems I think

If repair does not solve the problem-  Back up your data-- both to the invelos cloud site and as well backup the titles to a separate area on PC ( not my documents) to  Hard drive ( .dpb is the extension  )

that way when you restore you'll get back any special cover art you may have attached to your dvd's .. The cloud will keep all titles as they are from the upc code) ..
then Remove all evidence and programs of Profiler off your PC  and then reboot , reinstall the software new with your own Id and password .. this will get the program back to square one  ..

then you just reinstall the backups ( first to install is the saved .dpb )  if that fails  use the cloud first then the PC files second ..
