Scanning this cover feels like trying to take a picture of a ghost! I'm trying to do the Canadian one but failing miserably. Any tips?

I've heard that placing an acetate in between holographic covers, or putting it in an A4 clear plastic wallet, before scanning gets a better image... That might be wrong though

I'm not sure if a perfectly clear acetate sheet would work, but laminating pouches, available at many office supply store, works really well.

Which reminds me that I need to go buy a few pouches

check the conrtibutions and pm the guy that scanned that UK Cypher slipcover.  Apparently he knows something no one else does, becuase it remained unscanned for quite some time.

Yeah saw that one, it was a great scan.

The problem with the Vista Series cover is not so much that it's reflective but that it's very very very very dark. I think I'll try my digital camera as Peter suggested, but I'm not holding out much hope ......
