There are very few reasons you would create the equivalent of a box set'
1. Multiple movies in one case (true box set)
2. A bonus movie that is included with the main (Think 2008 version of the Day the earth stood still, which included the 1951 version as a bonus) (Bonus Feature Film Rule)
3. Single Movie, multiple media (applies as bonus feature film)
4 the addition of bonus material in a box set as long as the bonus disc pertains to more than 1 movie
I downloaded and looked at the profile that you mention. It contains the Feature on disc 1 and then has 2 bonus discs.
In my opinion, by a strict interpretation of the rules, this does not qualify in any of the above scenarios.
The box set should be removed. In the disc section list all 3 discs, and put the features into the feature section of the profile.
There should not be a need of an original titles for the disc profile, because the disc level profile is not necessary. |

So if you allow the child profile, you must allow the original title. Seems fairly straightforward to me.
