I just received the regular release of Eyeball. While checking the crew information on the profile I found two questionable items.

"Collaboratore alla sceneggiatura", entered as Screenwriter (in addition to a another regular screenwriter credit).
"Organizzatore generale", entered as Executive Producer.

Btw, the same credits appear in the profile for the "bling" version of Eyeball.

Admittedly my Italian is very limited, but these sound wrong to me. Thoughts?

Google translate gives those as "Screenplay collaborator" and "General Organizer"

Don't have the disc, but if the "Organizzatore generale" credit is for José María Cunillés, IMDB lists him as co-producer (take that for what it's worth, IMDB is not always reliable).  His bio there calls him a "producer and production manager" and production manager seems more like what the phrase general organizer would convey to me.

So, I might give the "Collaboratore alla sceneggiatura" credit some slack, but I think the executive producer credit is wrong, and is possibly (though I'm not certain) the production manager.  IMDB lists two other people for that role (Antonio Girasante & Luis Marin).

To me, "collaborator" seems to be of approximately the same importance as "additional [something]" or "assistant [something]", neither of which we use.

Agreed. I don’t think any of these two credits should be entered.

What I don't know is how Italian films normally notate that two people worked together to write the script.  If one is the assistant to the other, I agree that person should not be entered.  But if what they are trying to say is that A & B collaborated in writing then they should be.  Hence why I might cut that credit some slack.  But I wouldn't vote no if someone removed it either.

"Collaboratore" is a co-worker (maybe he has wrote some lines, or revisioned some dialogs) and "Organizzatore generale" is not an executive producer, is a generic role in the organization.
