If DVD Profiler stops responding while processing a download, the DVD Profiler database may be in need of repair.  To repair your database, select Tools->Options->Utilities->Repair DVD Profiler Database.  The repair process may take several minutes, so please be patient.

Once the repair process is complete, try your download again.
