New York cops Sylvester Stallone (an OSCAR® nominee for Rocky) and Billy Dee Williams (The Empire Strikes Back) pursue a ruthless terrorist in this thriller, which co-stars Lindsay Wagner (The Bionic Woman). A memorable villain in the cult classic Blade Runner, Dutch actor Rutger Hauer makes his American debut as Wulfgar, who’s left a trail of bodies in Europe with an Interpol agent (Nigel Davenport) dogging his tracks. Recently transferred to an anti-terrorist unit, Deke DaSilva (Stallone) and Matthew Fox (Williams) must find and stop Wulfgar before he can strike again, but lose him after a chase through a crowded subway train. When Wulfgar and his accomplice, Shakka (Persis Khambatta), hijack a group of U.N. diplomats aboard a Roosevelt Island tram, the stage is set for a final confrontation with Deke-and only one of them will survive.
