Invelos Software, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Invelos", provides these forums as a service to our customers to discuss our products and services and related topics.

Please note that posts may be deleted and users may be prevented from further postings at the sole discretion of Invelos.

You may not use the Invelos forums to:

• Post or transmit illegal content, nor provide links or references, or other information related to illegal content.  We have absolutely no tolerance for discussions promoting DVD or CD piracy specifically.
• Post commercial product references, advertisements, or other commercial information not related to Invelos products.
• Post or transmit sexually explicit images or other content that is deemed offensive by Invelos.
• Impersonate a representative of Invelos, or make claims of "inside information" related to Invelos as a company, or Invelos products.
• "Spam" by posting repeated annoying messages

Discussions within product-specific forums must relate to the product.  Please try to keep off-topic discussions in the appropriate forums.  Religious or political discussion specifically should be kept within the general discussion areas.

"Bannable" offenses include, but are not limited to, the following list of activities.  Users that are banned will be permanently prohibited from posting.  In severe cases, there will be no warnings for first time offenses.  There is no appeal process once banned.

• Transmitting illegal, patently obscene, hateful, or racially derogatory content
• Repeated harassment of another member
• Impersonating an Invelos employee
• Chain letters, pyramid, or money schemes
• Discussion promoting DVD or CD piracy
• Spamming

Signatures:

Forum signatures are governed by the same rules as forum posts.  In addition, forum signatures must not exceed the height of the signature guide.  To check your signature, use the preview button on the account settings page.  We reserve the right to remove signatures based on content that is disruptive to the forums.  Repeated or severe offenses will result in account banning.

These guidelines shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any principals of conflicts of law.  Those who choose to access the forums from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.  If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.  Invelos may change these guidelines at any time and in its sole discretion.  It is your responsibility to understand the guidelines currently in force and conduct yourself in accordance therewith.
