Resubmission.  4th attempt.  Previous three (without scans) disappeared before approval/decline.

-- Cast: Corrections per DVD credits.
-- Cover: Quality of scan could be better, but the existing scan is for a Canadian release.  What I've scanned is the case for the U.S. release.

I changed the rating from NR to Unrated. Though the back of the case says Not Rated, the cover reads Unrated twice and the disc reads it once.
