Audited Cast and Crew against opening and closing credits of the film.
NOTE: Added missing "Special Prosthetics" credit for Matthew W. Mungle. Sally Kellerman's role of "Bronson (Voice)" exactly as credited. Also, "Len Bajenski" and "Freddy Rodriguez" exactly as credited.
