Firstly....what an absolutely amazing film!! I bought it on a whim and was blown away by how good it is!

Anyway...onto the important stuff.

NOTE: The credits for Part 1 and 2 ARE different; so I have separated them and added dividers as we should.

ADDED:
Missing Crew and dividers from credits.
Added missing Featured Extras from Part II credits.
Improved cover scans.

CORRECTED:
Removed incorrect studio and replaced it with studio that appears before in credits.
Feature Trailers changed to Bonus Trailers.
Credited as removal is due to the Invelos filter for upper/lower case letters.

Information taken from box/discs/credits in accordance with contribution rules.
