Uploaded front and back cover scans using my new scanner.

I increased the colour levels with the front and back cover scans compared to last time. The existing cover scans do not seem to be correct, the glint off the knife and mustaches do not match the actual sleeve itself, where did they come from? I have Ravenous since the time it was originally relesed.

1st theatrical release 1999 according to IMDB, Wikipedia, TCM, BFI and NNDB.
