New addition to the database for the UK Blu Ray of 'Tremors'

Release date and SRP from Amazon UK. Cast and crew copied from UK DVD already in the database (UPC 5-035822-007345). All other information from the case. High resolution front and rear cover scans included.

Disc ID.
Credited As for crew (CLT results below).
Crew dividers from credits.

CORRECTED:
Runtime to 96 minutes (1.35.38)
Audio tracks re-ordered to match disc encoding as per rules.
Tom Woodruff's job title to match credits.

Disc is region free - no logo on cover, and plays on a Region A player.
Updates to crew from credits:
* Updated MUA credit --> The Flying Fabrizi Sisters to match ceredits
* Added group end divider for Fantasy II Film Effects
