Pre-release profile for the UK Blu-ray release of 'Bad Teacher'

UPC, run time, year and country of release and sitributor from the British Video Association (http://www.bva.org.uk/node/1521364), SRP from TheHut.com, release date, sound, subtitles, extras and packshot from press release (http://homecinema.thedigitalfix.com/content/id/74262/bad-teacher-uk-in-october.html).

Cast and crew copied from Nehterlands Blu-ray already in the database (upc 8-712609-653878). All other information from the case. High resolution front and rear cover scans included.

Added accepted birth years for Michael Andrews and Thomas Lennon.
Added song writer credits for the song "Simpatico".

Removed incorrect visual effects crew: Gene Rizzardi (Special Effects Foreman) and Michelle Eisenreich (Visual Effects Producer)

Updated cast, from the end credits. There are a lot of entries in the Credit Lookup for Matthew Evans, but this is not the same guy as Matthew J. Evans (who was born in 1996). Same goes for Dave Allen. Not the same guy as Dave (Gruber) Allen. Even if it was the same guy, the common name should be Dave (Gruber) Allen, which has 55 titles in the CLT vs. 35 for Dave Allen.
