Added studio from credits and corrected MC from cover.
Used overview from cover.
Corrected disc-id (DL) as read by DVDP.
Added/corrected crew/cast from credits.
Better scans I think.

Filled Color Format Field.
Re-audited crew and cast data: everything taken (included dividers) exactly as credited from the credits. Any common names as per the CLT and various common name-finding threads.
