ADDED:
Cover scans of actual item.
DD5.1 track - first disc only in DD5.1 (at least my set is).
Full Cast and Crew from credits.
Disc IDs.

CORRECTED:
Runtime to 344 minutes (5.44.26) - cumulative total of contents.
Studios re-ordered/corrected to match credits.
Removed Featurettes from Features - not present.

Information taken from box/disc/credits in accordance with contribution rules. Verified using Power DVD and DVD Decrypter.
Any use of Credited As has been researched on the internet and then supported by the Credit Lookup Tool.
