Hanway Films added; taken from the opening credits. Overview: Corrected. A typo corrected and the layout corrected. The layout should either be three separate paragraphs with a gap between each, or two paragraphs with a gap between them; the existing contribution has three paragraphs, but no gap between the first two. Having looked at the slip cover, I don’t think there’s a paragraph break at this first point, so I’ve removed it. Crew: Added to. Two additional roles added (Costume Designers); taken from the end credits. In addition, the present contribution includes some of the crew credits from those listed under the “Los Angeles Unit” in the end credits, but not all of them. Rather than remove these I’ve added two, to make the contribution consistent; we should probably either include them all or not include any of them. Removed special effects coordinator, because there's already a special/visual effects supervisor listed (Louis Morin). Removed unit crew. These credits are separated, as required by trade union rules, and they end at the "Post Production Sound" credits. Birth year for James Gunn explained here.
