Ben Zarai & David Kitchens are credited as “Music & Sound Design By”. As the film has no other composer credits, I think this is more likely to mean “Music By and Sound Design By, rather than Music Design By and Sound Design By; so I’ve added them as Composers. Andy Chavez is credited as “Make-up FX” so I’ve added him too. Cast: Corrected and added to. Taken from the end credits. Cover Scans: Made by me. I think the blues are more true to the original; the existing ones are a bit too turquoise.
