Janelle Webb [Janelle Webb Cohen], this one's trickier as she's got a few variants and all of them in the CLT seem to have at least one or two titles incorrectly listed. When filtering, it appears that Janelle Webb is currently the common name.
Lee Minkler [Lee Minkler Jr.] 13/59 vs. 1/1 (without comma) 1/1 (with comma, but it should be without comma).
Randall William Cook [Randy Cook] 20/143 vs. 2/3.
