Placed into Episode Dividers for Episode's per Disc.

added CoO
added 1.33:1 to Video Formats
added cast and crew with episode-dividers (all data taken from episode-credits)
re-formatted episode-dividers for cast to comply to contribution-rules for TV-Series. Adjusted episode-numbering to match actual episode-number and to also fit to disc-id description
better coverscans (better gamma, better colour-space and sharper scans)

Missing producer from credits.

CORRECTED:
Used Credited as for Glen A. Larson in Episode 1 - lookup tool verified.
Episode 1 cast reordered to match credits (the opening and end credits are combined later in the end credits and in a slightly different order; but as they are the complete credits combined they should be used).
Episode 1 Crew reordered to match credits.
Mel Blanc's role corrected to match credits exactly as per rules.

Information taken from episode credits as per contribution rules.
