added CoO
added 1.33:1 to Video Formats
added crew with episode-dividers (all data taken from episode-credits)
re-formatted episode-dividers for cast to comply to contribution-rules for TV-Series. Adjusted episode-numbering to match actual episode-number and to also fit to disc-id description. Continued numbering carrying over from previous disc as is stated in the contribution-rules
better coverscans (better gamma, better colour-space and sharper scans)

Missing producer from credits.

CORRECTED:
Director: Sigmund Neufeld Jr. to Sigmund Neufeld, Jr. as credited.
Mel Blanc's role corrected to match credits exactly as per rules.
Removed Glen A. Larson as composer - composed Theme, which after the 1st episode is not 'original' and should not be included as per rules.

Information taken from episode credits as per contribution rules.

Crew: Additional crew added, Glen A. Larson song writer credit amended to Theme By, source closing titles.
Cast: Date of birth populated by DVD profiler. This is the correct Peter Graves.
