Strawn to show lack of space between initials. Original songwriters. Crew dividers from credits as per rules. CORRECTED: Removed 'sound' entry from 'New Nightmare' as per rules if a Production Sound Mixer is credited. Art Director name corrected to match credits. Information taken from box/disc/credits in accordance with contribution rules. Verified using Power DVD and DVD Decrypter.
