Alternate child profile for box set [5-051890-300027].

All info from the original profile except:
- Case type: It's just an HD keep case
- No SRP because only avail. in the Trilogy-Box (yet)
- No Digital Copy included for a single movie (one sheet for the box set)
- added disc-info and IDs
- Different Coverscans from the keep case contained in the box

Updated common names, from the current results of the Credit Lookup:
Carolyn M. Fenton [Carolyn Fenton] -> Carolyn Fenton
Matt O'Toole [Mat O'Toole] -> Mat O'Toole (only 3/22 credits for the Make-up guy. The rest are producer and actor credits of different Matt O'Toole's)

Added missing Creature Voice credit: Jon Olson.
