Yeah, well, that's your opinion.
I don't think so, since this is what I bought: "Unlimited Registration is a one-time purchase and is good for all current and future versions of DVD Profiler." But since there are no future updates, without any notification (!), this is an empty shell that is still on sale.
There is a difference between customer support (which I didn't ask for and don't need) and maintaining a product that you sold to thousands of customers.
