This is the logo I use.
Set up a Media type for 3d Blu-ray under tools - edit media types - then assign the logo to it (after saving it locally first).

Not very stably, though. It seems to fall down frequently.
What are your expectations? Profile updates are only released once a day (around midnight Central Time). Attempting the refresh multiple times throughout the day will result in nothing being downloaded after the first time.

The method of downloading a complete online profile list is documented in Support, just in relation to a different issue.
In the Support Knowledge base under Crash / Hang, Floating Point Error, or missing text on buttons.
