Thank you. I found the reason for the error.

When I tried to visit the Invelos-Website to download the program again on my Windows computer, I was told that I needed to refresh the DNS cache because of the server change. I did that and now everything is back to normal.

I have an error message when I start to refresh the online profile list:

Start-tag name „link“ does not match end-tag name „head“

After I click OK I‘m getting the same error the User primetime21 has discribed.

So I tried your directions but they don‘t work.
I erased the files but they don‘t automatically recreated and the error still exists.

Another idea?
