Edit: To address the no vote. The existing scans are from the cover & not the slip. This is shown by the hologram & the cropping on the left hand side of the back cover. There is no hologram & you can see all of Will Smith on the slip cover.

RATING - from rear cover

SUBTITLES - from BDInfo and PowerDVD
- Added Commentary subtitles, accessible when using PiP function
- Added Russian & Ukrainian [shown as Other] subtitles, accessible only when playing the movie (they are missing in the discs menus!)
AUDIO TRACKS - from BDInfo
- Added commentary track, for PiP Video Commentary. The format is DTS-Express 2.0, but DVDP doesn't have that option so selected Other
- Added [English] Audio Descriptive track
- Ordered as encoded on disk
- Note: remaining [last] Other track is Ukrainian, which DVDP doesn't currently recognise
DISC INFO - from discs
- Read by DVDP from my discs in my computer
- Note: 2nd disc is actually a DVD, not BluRay
CREW - all from closing credits
- Some ordering changed, according to on-screen credit order
- Changed John Powell's credit to "Composer", as it is "Music by"
- Added ", Jr." to Colby Parker, as credited

NOTE:
I have added dividers into the long Art crew list to make it more relevant. I realise this may split the vote. However, each of these entries does have the effects house name as a header before the people are credited...so I see no reason for this to not be allowed.
However, much more importantly, is that fact that the data is more relevant when these are included IMO.

ADDED:
Trailers to features - selectable from special features menu.
3.5 Visual Effects crew from credits.

CORRECTED:
'Tidied' Other features so it makes more sense.
SUBTITLES: Removed Commentary, Russian and Ukranian subtitles (when you select Russian and Ukranian while the film is playing no subtitles actually appear onscreen. So even though they seem to be present they're not. As for Commentary - see below)
AUDIO: Removed Commentary audio track - this is NOT a commentary. It's a behind-the-scenes featurette that can be viewed PIP and it has English subtitles. It is NOT people talking about the making of the film or supplying anecdotes about their experiences etc....it is a behind the scenes feature. There is NO selectable commentary track available through either the menus or the audio button.
CREW: Corrected parsing of director - an online search and the featurettes refer to him as Vincent or Vincent Ngo. Vincent is a first/given name and NOT a surname.
CAST: Credited as for Timothy Brennen fully supported by CLT. (Tim is in 3 titles, Timothy is in 20 titles).

Information taken from box/disc/credits in accordance with contribution rules. Verified using Power DVD and DVD Decrypter.
Any use of Credited As has been researched on the internet and then supported by the Credit Lookup Tool.

BD Live added to features (verified with PS3). In order to add BD Live, I had to shorten the text "Extended/Theatrical Cuts" to "Extt/Theatr Cuts"
