Chaliapin Senior appears in 1 DVD in the online database (source: credit lookup tool), i.e. Don Quijote from 1933. He is there listed as "Feodor Chaliapin Sr.". This may very well be sourced from IMDB, but as it is now this is his registered credit.

I strongly suspect that Chaliapin Junior is, in fact, most commonly credited as plain "Feodor Chaliapin". The following name variants have been verified from the actual credits (thanks to Ivo Stroobants and Jack T. for helping me out):
