Added new coverscans. Less noise and artifacting, sharper, better black levels, more accurate colors.

Corrected the 2nd Studio, which was truncated at the end.

Minor Overview correction:

"different -- inside" to "different – inside" (no double hyphen)

Common name for Greg Nicotero. Matching end credits with credited as when needed (I have 40 of these to do, please pardon the copied notes) or as credited when needed.
