Full crew added from open and end credits. I added Francis Haines: Song Writeras she wrote the "Main Title - 'The Trioxin Theme'" and was approved on the old dvd version of this movie. I just checked the credits for both and they are identical.

That's how he's credited here. Credit lookup and a web search (the first 5 links of googling) show him as starting out in this film. Credit search here says the same, with 12 titles for Nunuez and 105 for Núñez Jr. including 8 other dvd versions of this film. Picture looks right, it's him.
