Full Audit!

- changed running time: 2:09:25 -> 129 Mins. (verified with PS3)
- changed case type (it's HD)
- Studios as credited, MC as on cover
- added trailers to features as on disc
- changed English track to HD MA, added German DTS (verified with PS3)
- added disc info (someone needs to add disc id!)
- Cast & crew exactly as credited in end credits
- improved cover scans with correct colors/contrast
